Situations Vacant

Registered Nurses required:

Registered nurses will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for elderly residents.
They will also supervise and co-ordinate duties of health care team.

They will lead the health care team and positively contribute to care of all residents of TLC.

Candidate Requirements

• Applications are invited from dynamic and experienced Registered Nurses
• Applicants must have 3 years experience working in the Irish Healthcare System
• Applicants must be currently registered with An Bord Altranais
• Applicants must have excellent clinical skills, be highly motivated and have a good knowledge of HIQA Standards
• A valid work permit
• Ideally is a holder of a current GARDA VETTING form.

Starting salary is negotiable based on experience in older person's services and post registration education. Dementia Care experience an advantage.

Care Assistant required:

All applicants must have the following:

• FETAC Level 5 qualification (or Student or Qualified Nurse, NVQ Qualified, City & Guilds)
  
• Current Manual/Patient Handling Certificate
• Hepatitis B Vaccination certificate.
• Current CPR Certificate is desirable.
• Current Infection Control Certificate is desirable.
• A valid work permit
• Ideally is a holder of a current GARDA VETTING form.

Starting salary is negotiable based on experience in older person's services and post registration education.
